- DStv Digital (DTG) Migration Lesotho Project Project owner for the switch off and migration of DSTV analogue broadcast to 150,000 households across Lesotho. I coordinated all affected parties, including customer-facing distributors, the broadcast technology team, internal and external communication, and the Lesotho government and regulators.
- Nedbank : Head of Consumer Financial Education. Represented Banking Association in the Heher commission on tertiary education funding. This process was meant to consolidate and present the activities that banking was taking into account pertaining to student funding.
- Nedbank Black Business Partners - lmbizo and ''Hero'' Product Zakheleni Rollout Project owner for the product development of a microloan and a savings backed lending product called Zakheleni offered to customers in rural areas along with livestock and funeral cover. \ The product was rolled out at remote green shops, an initiative and collaboration with the parent company, \ life insurer Old Mutual, sister company and short-term insurer Mutual & Federal, and empowerment partner Wiphold, Nedbank

I am a business consultant with over 10 years banking experience in different roles and functions. I hold a BCom degree in economics and business management. I have also completed studies in Strategy Design, Management Advance Program, Masters in Business Administration and Executive Development Program in Inclusive Finance. My strength is in strategic and conceptual thinking. I also do project management and implementation. I have a combined 10 years’ experience in product design, channel management and Consumer Financial Education management. In my current role I design value propositions and manage product development and life cycle (PDLC) for a video entertainment company. I have acquired skills and experience in people management, managing Financial Literacy programs, stakeholder engagement, and business development.

Financial Education leader with a team of 22 reporting to me. y role and function (in addition to representing the company on various speaking platforms) included continued presentation of the financial education content to various audiences. I am also involved in negotiating and creating pipelines for my team.
Senior Manager - Mass Market Segments : Multichoice SAMass Market Segments specialist responsible for designing value propositions and managing mass market products development and life cycle. That includes managing three packages on behalf of Multichoice SA. Use the latest data to manage the product life cycle and introduce new elements to acquire and retain subscribers onto the platform in collaboration with other teams. Work closely with the Marketing team while assessing potential markets for growth opportunities. Reporting to the Head of Product & Innovation. Manage relations with stakeholders, including Internal teams, government and suppliers (marketing, research and product development specialists).
Head of the Department - Strategic Relationships & Consumer Financial Education : Nedbank LTDRepresent the bank at the Banking Association, Government departments and key private companies. This included representing the government at Nedlac Committee on Financial Sector transformation and Judicial Commission on Higher Education Fees. Design and implement financial education strategy for the bank. Work closely with the bank's CSI and Transformation teams in implementing the bank's transformation policy. Manage a departmental spend budget of R30mil pa.
